Kara ring changing quest is broken

I can only do Restorer no more or equivalent once ie i became stuck with spell damage ring. It should be repeatable, so could someone set it as one? I contacted oceansize but he told me to go to forums with this. Also I read on wowhead that i should delete the ring and try again but that didn't work, so now i have neither of the rings, so could someone just add this ring to my inventory? Thanks a lot.
